Alex Karpovsky, President and CEO

Alex's successful track record includes over 20 years in software development management, consulting, and product marketing. Prior to Kanda, he held senior software development, joint venture, and channel management positions with Index Technologies, Intersolv, and Dataware Technologies. He holds a bachelor's degree in Physics from Harvard University as well as a master's degree in Management of Technology from the MIT Sloan School of Management. Alex is a regular speaker at DCI, SIMBA, and other conferences and has written for the leading industry publications including ComputerWorld, Mass High Tech, and Solutions Integrator.

Pete Jenney, Executive Vice President, Business Development

Over twenty years and across many market sectors, Pete has driven success from all the products he’s touched, making the decisions needed to address the available market and extract the most revenue for the least cost. Pete has held key positions at software development companies large and small, including: VP, Product Management - Security Innovation, Director, Product Management - Ipswitch, Idiom (Now SDL International) , OTG Software (now EMC), Rational Software (now IBM) , Dataware Technologies (now Open Text), and VP, Marketing with COAST Software (Now IBM)
Mr. Jenney is thorough in analysis and planning, ruthless in execution and does not hold back when the success or failure of the product are at stake.

Levi Glozman, Chief Architect

Levi has 25 years of experience in software development and has been a principal of Kanda Software since 1992. His experience previous to Kanda includes ComputerVision, where he was a Principal Technical Consultant, and Wang Laboratories, where he served as a Software Engineering Specialist. He holds a degree in Computer Science from Hadassa College in Jerusalem.
